April through October:   7am – 11pm, November through March: 7am – 9pm

Online Reservations are made in real time can be made 24 hours a day

Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and require a refundable deposit of 1 night room and tax at the time of booking.  Group reservations of more than 5 rooms require a 25% deposit at the time of booking.

Garden Pavilion Event Center

Located adjacent to the pool area is our 900 square foot Garden Pavilion which is great for outdoor weddings, parties, meetings, seminars, and other private event functions.  Please contact the Front Desk for more information on using this great space for your upcoming special event.  More information for weddings can be found on the wedding page.

Riverside Conference Room & 24hr Business Center

Opening May 2013 is our brand new 750 square foot Riverside Conference Room perfect for hosting your upcoming event, meeting, seminar, or retreat for up to 40 guests, more information about meetings and events can be found by clicking here.  Also opening in May 2013 and adjacent to the Conference Room is a new 24 hr business center for internet and printing needs.

Tax Rate

All Rooms are subject to a 12.8% tax.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit the 1 night room and tax deposit.  Group reservations of more than 5 rooms must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.  Group Reservations cancelled after this time will forfeit the 25% deposit.

Smoking Policy

All of the Cliffrose Rooms, Suites, Balconies, Patios, and Pool & Hotub Area are Smoke Free. Smoking is only permitted around firepit and barbeque areas provided you are mindful of other guests.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in Time: 4:00pm for all Rooms & Suites

Check-in Time: 5:00pm for the Hummingbird Villa

Check-out Time: 11:00am for all Rooms, Suites, and the Hummingbird Villa

You are welcome to use any of the Grounds Areas, Pool & Hotub Area, Guest Laundry, Lobby Internet & Computer Access, and Guest Parking Lots prior to Check-in and after Check-out.

Bicycle Storage

We do not allow bicycles to be stored in any of the Guest Rooms, Suites, Balconies, or Patios. We do offer free secure storage and we also provide a large outdoor bike rack if you prefer to use your own security device.

Pets

Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not accept pets.  Dog Boarding is available at the Doggy Dude Ranch located in Rockville, UT . 435.772.0807
