Historic Zion Park Lodge

For folks who like nostalgia and want to stay inside Zion Park, there is one choice:  the historic Zion Park Lodge.  The original cabins were designed by Gilbert Stanley in the 1920s.   Zion Lodge has 76 rooms, six suites, and 40 cabins.  Unfortunately, the lodge was destroyed by fire in 1966, but was quickly rebuilt in only 100 days.  Then in 1990, the lodge’s was restored to its original rustic and classic appearance.  Zion Park Lodge is listed on the national registry of historic places.

Cliffrose Lodge and Gardens

Watchman Villas

For the discriminating traveler who wants some independence at home base, the Watchman Villas fit the bill.  The condos are spacious, elegant, and include everything you need.  The Watchman would probably score at least 4 stars if such vacation rentals were rated like hotels.  Furnishings are first class, and the views are spectacular.   For luxurious, apartment living, the Watchman Villas rank high in Zion Park lodging.

Driftwood Lodge

Driftwood Lodge gets 2.5 stars from U.S. News and World Report and qualifies as a fine choice in Zion Park lodging.  Enjoy the outdoor pool and spa tub, restaurant, and a bar/lounge beckons to unwind with a drink.  Wifi is complimentary.  Driftwood features a multilingual staff for you world travelers and a terrace with barbecue grills.   Parking is free at this smoke-free property.
