Ceremonies & Receptions
Zion National Park and Springdale provide a truly unique and magical location for destination weddings, the Cliffrose builds upon this with an intimate riverside oasis setting like no other. We have further enhanced the experience with a brand new 900 square foot outdoor pavilion that provides for a fantastic centerpiece to design your perfect layout around. Surrounding the pavilion is over 15,000 square feet of expansive manicured lawns bordered with perennial flower gardens, towering evergreens, large shade trees, and the tranquil Virgin River. The grounds and pavilion are available anytime of year with the ideal outdoor weather months being mid April through early November. To ensure that your wedding experience is as relaxing and stress free as possible we do require that you use Zion Party Rentals as your event planner and coordinator. A list of other recommended wedding and event affiliated vendors is also listed below.
Overview of Policies
- Reception and ceremony size is limited to 200 guests or less.
- larger functions are subject to management approval.
- A minimum of 1 rented room is required for restroom/changing use.
- A maximum of 20 rooms may be reserved.
- All wedding reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation period.
- All receptions must end by 9:00pm.
- Check-in time for rooms and suites is 3:00pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00am.
- You are responsible for clean up and any damage caused to the property.
- You may begin set-up the day before or after 11:00am on the day of the wedding.
- Dance floors must be setup the day of the wedding and removed the morning after.
Ceremony and/or Reception pricing includes use of our brand new 900 square foot Garden Event Pavilion and the surrounding 15,000+ square feet of manicured lawn and perrenial flower garden areas. Tables, chairs, and other event items will need to be rented from one of our recommended event planning coordinators listed below. All wedding ceremonies and/or receptions are subject to a non-refundable $250 administrative fee and a refundable $500 deposit.
